Horizon Finance, a growing fintech startup, aimed to simplify personal finance management for millennials and Gen Z users. The existing app lacked a cohesive brand identity and offered a complex, non-intuitive user experience, resulting in low user retention and engagement. The client sought a modern, approachable brand and intuitive app design to increase adoption and foster trust among young users.
The goal was to create a visually appealing and user-friendly experience while communicating the app’s value as a smart, reliable, and easy-to-use finance tool. We began by designing a fresh, modern brand identity that included a distinctive logo, a vibrant color palette, and clean typography reflecting transparency and trust. The UI/UX design was completely overhauled to provide a simple, intuitive, and visually engaging user journey, including interactive dashboards, smart notifications, and personalized insights.
In addition, we developed marketing assets for digital campaigns, including app store visuals, social media content, and explainer videos. A data-driven approach was implemented to test and iterate design elements, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and high user engagement across both iOS and Android platforms.
